Our stay at Carrowntober House B & B was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. One evening, we arrived late and they were kind enough to wait for us and show us to our room. The next morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including freshly smoked salmon that was simply mouthwatering. The hosts also took the time to give us excellent recommendations on places to visit, which we were glad we followed. The room was perfect and the view was breathtaking. We even had friendly neighbors in the form of a pony and a cat. The host, Gerry, was a truly lovely person, always ready to provide information and make sure we had everything we needed. The room and ensuite bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the garden was lovely to relax in. There was also convenient parking available and a ramp for disabled guests. We had an absolutely fabulous time and cannot wait to return!

I got great value for my money at this B&B. The room was clean and the bed/shower were excellent. The location was perfect, close to town and within walking distance of some amazing pubs and restaurants. The staff treated me like family, offering me tea and coffee when I arrived and even giving me a lift to the village. They really made me feel at home.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if they had a coffee machine available in the breakfast room. It would be nice to be able to help myself to a cup of coffee in the morning.
